Amy later founded The Incognito Club, a private dining and catering company known for immersive menus and memorable events. Today, all her expertise flows into Vanilla Bean, now the central home for her baking, catering, and food innovation. With over 15 years of experience, her drive and talent took her all the way to the national spotlight as a MasterChef contestant, where she showcased her bold flavours and refined techniques.
Katie brings a wealth of skill and artistry to Vanilla Bean, with over 5 years of experience as a baker. Working at Vanilla Bean alongside Amy. Katie brings unique strengths, experience and genuine love for what she does. Katie has a passion for creating bespoke grazing tables, thoughtfully designed to elevate your occasion and make your day feel extra special.
We booked this company for our wedding catering and the luxury graze table they created was nothing short of breathtaking. It became one of the standout features of our reception. The table was styled so elegantly, with beautiful candles and fresh flowers woven throughout the display, making it feel romantic and perfectly in tune with our wedding aesthetic.
The quality and variety of the food were exceptional, everything was fresh, thoughtfully selected and arranged with such artistic detail that we've never seen before. From the very first canapé to the final dish of our seven-course tasting menu. The quality of the food was absolutely exceptional. Every single dish was beautifully thought through, incredibly well executed and most importantly, delicious. The canapés in particular were outstanding and set a tone perfectly for what was to come.
The sheer quality of the food was phenomenal and every course brought something different. You can see the thought, care, passion that had gone into every plate. Our guests have not stopped talking about the food since the wedding (5 years ago!)
Amy was also an absolute pleasure to have as part of our day. She and her team were professional, calm and discreet throughout and somehow managed to produce such an incredible meal while making everything look effortless. We were particularly impressed that when they had finished, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless. You would not have known they had been there.
